This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at! The staff and customer service at the hotel was beyond exceptional and we were treated so well for the stay from check in to check out. We stayed here during our trip to Mallorca in August and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with anything we asked for or needed. The hotel was located on a quieter street but just a few minutes walking distance from all the restaurants and downtown Palma. The rooms were incredibly clean and the bed was so comfortable! They also had parking onsite so we didn’t have to worry about where to leave the rental. I can’t recommend this hotel and staff enough and if we come back I’d definitely stay there again! They made our stay super easy and I didn’t want to leave! PS: the decor was beautiful!
