O local é bem centralizado para os passeios e principalmente para ir ao Paraguai. Mercado, farmácia bem perto. Quarto Ok, Banheiro com chuveiro ruim, cozinha pequena e quente só tendo uma Cooktop de indução que aceita apenas uma panela, poucos utensílios para uso para fazer refeição. Mini geladeira, não esfria direito Ar condicionado ok Poderia ter mais um espelho, só tem um no banheiro então as mulheradas precisam repartir o tempo de uso. Estacionamento Ok, mas tivemos problemas poq nosso carro era grande e os demais hóspedes não ajudaram quando estacionaram em suas vagas, tivemos que deixar o carro no lado de fora por um período.

Limpeza bem mediana, só roupa de cama e banho estava ok. Serviu para o descanso, mas deixa a desejar pela falta de conforto.

Chegamos ao local pela tarde. A proprietária nos atendeu com bastante atenção. É uma pousada um tanto simples, porém nos atendeu o suficiente. Não está distante do centro de Gramado, fica em um terreno em declive. Oferecem utensílios de cozinha, fogão e mesa para as refeições. Também lá está uma geladeira disponível. Voltaríamos, caso voltemos até a cidade.

Cuidado com a acomodação de número 200.

As acomodações em geral são muito boas e confortáveis porém, eu fiquei hospedado no quarto de número 200 o qual não tinha nenhuma iluminação e ventilação natural o que o torna insalubre, pois mesmo com o ar condicionado o ar fica viciado pois o aparelho somente circula o ar interno e não renova o ar. Pela legislação de obras não é permitido ambientes que não possuam ventilação natural. A garagem também não condiz com o numero de quartos que o residencial possui e não tem espaço para manobras, portanto garagem ruim.
