The staff was friendly at the desk, check in and out was flawless. The pool/hot tub were great and worked as they should which was why we stayed there. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was cold. I couldn’t sleep due to the cold and the bed. Covers on the bed were thin but there were extra blankets in the room so no big deal. Clean.

The room was okay small for sure the tv was older and it got super hot which made the room warm. The pool was freezing they said they had an issue with a heater ? Not really sure tried to leave a day sooner because five kids no pool no other fun stuff but they declined it. Fine if your adults with no desire to swim.

What a spectacular hotel! Everyone was friendly and very helpful! My belief is that it is the people who make a spectacular organization and this hotel has the best. The breakfast was made of real eggs with chives! None of those rubbery eggs from other establishments. The coffee in the room and in the breakfast area was excellent.
