Nice property in nice condition and nice staff. It looks just like the photos. Bring ear plugs because it’s next to the freeway.The hotel area seems safe enough, but if you go 3 miles south, not so good. We’d probably stay here again.

It eas my first time in Charleston and my first staying on your property. The staff was very helpful to my needs. Logan was very professional and polite he gave me information regarding what to do and restaurants close by. The general manager was very professional as well and greeted you with a smile. I would stay at this property again.

One of my tvs didn’t work and staff was not able to help. Front desk hours said 7am - 5pm. The front desk area remained locked until around 10am. When housekeeping was told that no one was at the front desk, they said that that occurs every day. I loved the room, but customer service was not that great (except housekeeping). The GM & owner are very nice. Our room was missing some of the needed kitchen items but they were very quick to replace the things that were not there. We were a bit disappointed when our room was not cleaned the one time they said they would clean it during our week stay. They should at least sweep/vacuum the floors, empty garbage twice during a week stay and replenish toilet paper. All in all, we do recommend staying here. It is a newer place and felt safe staying here.
