I had prepaid that afternoon as was an unexpected stay. Digital check in was long winded and took nearly 2 hours due to issues with their website and then having to download the app and upload proof of identity and glitches with app. Front door keypad was playing up after checking in , customer service number wasn't answering and premium no . would of been stranded if not for searching app for remote access tool Room at first glance was clean but floor looked like it hadn't been hoovered in ages . Kettle didn't work. Bedding had stains on . A/C was playing up... Positive did have amenities as description. Fridge in room Good location for lanes .
