It was very clear the staff at the Sheraton were unhappy to have so many guests this week due to a conference. The restaurant on site - staff in no hurry to take our orders, didn't get drinks (water), two separate people ordered and the order came out on one plate, staff ignored us (we were 2 of 4 people in the entire restaurant) and obviously weren't interested in being bothered while they talked and checked phones, check in staff were very unwelcoming.

The hotel waq very clean, the staff was very nice and help me out when i needed it. The breakfast was very good i just wish they had a little more options for breakfast or the area was a little more bigger but the food was hot and good. The only other problem i had was the day after i was up there and left they didnt clean my room till the next day i had to ask the lady at the front desk to please tell them to clean my room. The major problem i had was the pool, that pool was not warm, it was cold and my kids actually was freezing from the water and got sick. They need to do some about that.

Staff was very kind and courteous. Arrived late, but gentleman at front welcoming and ladies in the morning very nice, ESPECIALLY the lady working the breakfast area! The room however did need some attention though- cabinet broken, drawer broken and had previous tenants toothbrush there, no trash can(except bathroom), AND partition wall had something red(?) splattered on it!
