La vue était superbe et le personnel est très gentil.Le petit déjeuner est bon. Mais la plage est loin et la descente par l'escalier est un peu difficile.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Bäder sollten jedoch in nächster Zukunft renoviert werden. Die Außenanlage war top. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön.

Siistit ja hyvät huoneet, näköala merelle oli aivan ihana! Aamupala hyvä, sijainti hieman kaukana mutta bussilla pääsee esim. Taorminaan. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä, suosittelen!

Parking te klein en moeilijk bereikbaar. Openbaar vervoer stopt heel dicht bij hotel, Doch je diende dan wel een stevige afdaling of klim voor te doen. Vriendelijk personeel. Proper hotel. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Als je geen half pension genomen heeft en wenst te dineren is er niet altijd alles van de kaart beschikbaar en prijs-kwaliteit ook aan de dure kant.

Exceptional service, (the hotel manager even personally delivered our luggage to our rooms), and everyone from the front counter staff to the pizzeria staff were phenomenal. The entire hotel was well appointed, modern and clean. We were only there for 1 night for a wedding next door, but will definitely be back, and I can not recommend them enough. A

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Tolle Lage, gemütliches ruhiges Frühstück und Abendessen über dem Meer. Ausblick grandios. Personal bemerkenswert freundlich und hilfreich. Hier ist Erholung angesagt. Wir kommen gern wieder. Super Organisation mit dem kostenfreien Shuttel direkt nach Taormina und zum Strand. Herzlichen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Hotel mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Personal sehr freundlich. Unglaublich entspannte Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel, auch beim Frühstück und das im August. Frühstück gut und ausreichend mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Unser Bad im Zimmer war etwas renovierungsbedürftig - sehr kleine Dusche und schlechter Föhn. Ansonsten schöne Anlage mit schönen Pool - ruhig und relaxed.

Värt ett besök

Vi var mycket nöjda med boendet och framförallt servicen. De har tillgång till en egen strand där man är mer eller mindre ensam. Skulle rekommendera hotellet för vuxna som vill ha lugn och ro. Hotellet ligger en bit från stan men bussen går precis nedanför och kostade endast 3€

Quasi sans faute

Top rien a dire excepté le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être un peu plus qualitatif sur les produits notamment les jus de frais 100% chimique ! Dommage car tout le reste est vraiment bien et le service ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel garantissent un agréable séjour.

Choose Crystal Sea!

This is going to be a long review about why you SHOULD stay at this hotel. - The breakfast is good with a lot of options, my favorite was the fresh fruits! The view is amazing and you can order different coffees. - The pool area was the best part. Beautiful and amazing views and a peaceful place to relax. Poolbar staff was friendly and serve cold drinks to your sunbed. Free towels every day. Clean, clean, clean! - The rooms were renovated very nice. The extra large bed was better than at home. Cleaning every day, and it was really a cleaning and not just some new towels. Sea view from all the balconies. Super cold minibar with drinks. Nice functioning bathroom. Loved the airconditioning! - Staff was friendly and welcoming, and helped us with everything. The free transport to the beach and taormina was a huge plus, and it worked perfect! - Restaurant has amazing views and good food. The wine is good, also. - We talked with other people at the hotel who had stayed at different hotels for 2 weeks and they said that this was the best. - If you want a relaxing, clean and happy stay at some hotel, choose Crystal Sea Hotel!

L'hotel si trova in un posto fantastico con vista mozzafiato Tutto molto pulitoe ben organizzato. La piscina oltre ad avere una meravigliosa vista mare ha delle intime terrazze attrezzate con sdraoo e ombrelloni. Cqmera spaziosa, pulira e funzionale von terrazza vista mare. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile capitanati dal direttore, fiore all'occhiello della struttura. Colazione servita sulla terrazza vista mare, superlativa. Che dire il crystal sea é ormai il nostro punto di riferimento ogni qualvolta vogliamo staccare la spina e farci coccolare. Consigliatissimo.

Location, Location, Location! Just look at the view and you don’t have to go anywhere. It’s a great place to relax and recuperate after a day of touring around. The staff are helpful and kind. The breakfasts are wonderful.

le Personnel bienveillant sauve la mise!

Malgré la gentillesse et tous les efforts du personnel, cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Faiblesse inacceptable du réseau Wifi ( lenteur accablante) et de la tv satellite . Pas un canal francophone. Piscine et solarium pas ouverts. On nous a heureusement permis de profiter des installations de l’hotel voisin. Dans la première chambre ( oui nous avons dû changer) le système airco était défaillant et très bruyant. Le resto est très moyen mais à prix abordable. La vue panoramique est très agréable. Situation générale et parking bien . Le personnel multilingue a vraiment sauvé la mise !

Schönes Hotel, etwas abseits, steile Hanglage, Mietwagen angebracht. Bushaltestelle gibt es unten an der Straße sowie auch einen Hop on Hop off Bus. In Letojanni ca. 4 km entfernt ist Strand und Restaurants sowie kleiner Supermarkt. Frühstück im Hotel ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut bzw. Für deutsche Verhältnisse i. O. Balkon toller Ausblick.in Mazzaro gibt es eine Seilbahn nach Taormina und dort ist auch der Strand
