The hot tub and pool were large and great for kids. The room was spacious. I did have trouble with our booking using hotels.com as the staff charged my card for the entire booking rather than the hotels.com credit. But it was fixed when we checked out when I spoke with a different staff member. Also, you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms. One night a baby was crying all night and we got no sleep!
