I thought my stay was great! The hospitality was amazing. I had a suite and it was super spacious! I would honestly recommend spending a couple of extra bucks to upgrade to a suite. Our fridge in the room wasn’t functioning, but the front desk sent maintenance and they brought us up a whole new fridge! Very impressed by the customer service:) will definitely be staying here agin if I’m ever in the Fort Worth area!

The room was great, staff were friendly, and the hot tub and pool were amazing! Would 100% suggest bringing your own pillows if you like a more firm pillow but other than that 10/10 experience. Check in and out was easy. We will be staying again when we travel back to Texas.

Mattress and pillows are terrible. Check in line was the longest I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Only 1 employee at prime time hours for check in. This is one of the loudest hotels I’ve stayed at. You can hear ever single foot step above you, and in the hall way. Doors don’t seal, gaps around the door so it’s just loud and disrupting. All staff was very nice and welcoming.
