Beautiful property, very convenient central location to explore SMA, and very kind, helpful staff. I visited in Jan/Feb 2026 and the weather was too cold to try the pool in the courtyard but it looked very nice and relaxing. Stayed in a junior suite with 2 double beds, which was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I would skip the free breakfast (not much offered) and try some of the many cafes and restaurants closeby with much more worthwhile options.

I cannot say better things about this hotel and the service!! First of all, the hotel itself is lovely and the rooms are beautiful! Very “San Miguel de Allende”. Secondly, the staff was beyond amazing! We were there during the time the cartel leader was killed in Jalisco so people and tourist around the Mexico were a little on edge. The staff made sure to keep us informed of any news that came up and got in touch with drivers who had driven to Leon to confirm the roads were safe for us to drive to the airport. Really appreciated all the support and everyone was super nice!

The hotel is charming, and the staff is attentive and responsive! Victor made us feel so welcome - I feel as though I now have a friend in San Miguel! Our room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable - crisp sheets, a warm coverlet, and lots of pillows! Breakfast includes coffee, rolls, fruit and eggs and is served in the hotel's beautiful inner courtyard. The tiled jacuzzi adjoining the pool was heated for each afternoon and felt wonderful after a long day of walking. There is lots of comfortable seating provided outside for reading or sunning. The hotel's location is in the central zone, and very convenient for sight-seeing.
