This is a no frills, extended-stay hotel. No breakfast is provided and there weren't any perks provided (bottled water, etc.) My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The problem I encountered was with the staff, or better said, staffing. When I arrived for my check-in, there was a "Be right back" sign at the desk. Not something you want to see after a long day of travel. When the desk clerk finally returned she was clearly overwhelmed, apparently from multiple guest requests and her being the only employee on site to assist. She was doing it all, and it was very apparent to hotel quests. I'm sorry, but this shouldn't happen. Management needs to have enough employees on site to support guest needs. As for me, I won't stay at this hotel again. There are too many better options in the Indi Greenwood area.

Room was super clean. There was no smell. The bed was SOOOO COMFY. If I'm being honest it was more comfy than my own. The whole experience was great. The girl who checked us in was very informative about the locations of the workout room, elevators, exits, etc. They also offer free coffee 24/7. They have a room with snacks and drinks that you can grab stuff from and go to the counter to purchase. Lots of choices. Hotel was clean from what I observed. No stains on the carpet..overage great experience!
