Staff was amazing!! Rooms were super clean and loved the kitchenette. Only complaint was just that our room specifically the toilet tank kept running so had to close the door because it was loud. And the hot water wasn't as hot as most hotels which isn't terrible just my preference. Otherwise bed was super comfortable and loved that there were two TVs since I was traveling with family.

The staff was very nice, and the location is great. What I did not like was that some guest held on to the luggage carts for an extended amount of time. I suggested to the front desk they should hold on to the guest ID and let them know to bring the carts back. I also think they need more than 1 waffle maker. The breakfast area was a bit congested with everything in one area, and only 1 waffle maker. It was a bit uncomfortable with others standing in the same area especially around food.
