When we checked in we were given a room with one bed When we reserved a 2 bed room. When we got to the room ( it's supposed to be an extended stay with a stove, fridge and a microwave). The fridge was an apartment size which was ok and microwave was ok but the cook top in the counter and the range hood didn't work and light above was burned out so pretty hard to see what you are cooking and I mentioned that the exhaust fan wasn't working. Two main lights for the bedroom one missing a cover and one was burned out. The handicapped shower had a curtain that was about 3 inches to short. Therefore water goes all over the floor of the bathroom with no drsin in the bathroom floor. We were told that because we used a site like like hotes.com that they overbooked us for a 2 bed room and if we used the hotel that wouldn't have happened even though we reserved 2 weeks prior the visit. Do not stay here avoid like the plague. Get your room elsewhere. Nuff said

This place was wonderful from the start. I was very impressed at the hotel staff & how incredible they were but 3 weeks into my 1 month stay they knocked on my door I was asleep and other person in my rm was in shower. thought they heard a dog bark & came into my rm wo permission. They told me they heard dog & had to leave. I still had 9 days left paid for. They searched rm I had no dog then next day went to turn in towels to get clean ones i was informed for the first time I was not allowed new towels n sheets while I stayed I would have to pay an extra 19.99 per mo but I was never informed of that upon both times I checked into this hotel this last yr. They were extremely rude to me so much I was afraid to ask for toilet paper. I paid over 1500 dollars to stay at this place to be treated like a second hand citizen. Then upon check out today now kind u I asked upon check in even stayed in my reservations that I needed extra time to check out between 12-1 it was approved in the iteneraey clearly yet they were knocking on my door telling me to leave at 11. I am a 100% disabled vet of 16 yrs I have ptsd & multiple sclerosis. I move slowly some days and accounted for that upfront upon check in. This place has no common courtesy at best. What they did by coming into my room without it being an emergency i.e. screams for help a fire ect. They found no dog upon coming into my room that day twice and several times after that occurrence. Yet treated me like a criminal

The other people living here play loud music all day long and smoke weed and cigarettes indoors and you can smell it heavy in the hallways. No breakfast, no ice machine, the pool has been removed, there is only 1 good dryer out of the 4, the wifi cuts in and out, but at least they USUALLY have toilet paper, and its a short walk to the gas station for some ice.
