The location was awesome. The building was a little older and it showed signs of wear, but the staff was committed to improving its quality. The hot tub was not working, but the pool was nice. Hot tub not working for the third time on one of our stays. We gave this one the old college try but it disappointed each time. Pool area is NOT HEATED and the pool water is barely heated. Swimming was impossible due to the swim area being 58 degrees according to the wall thermostat on the third floor. Staff is really friendly but that’s about the only plus here. Hotel is really in disrepair..
