Our stay was great, the room was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Very comfortable bed. Overall I found the hotel hallway and spacious lobby clean and in good condition. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the shuttle was available to drop off as early as 3am. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

Good & handy, though overpriced, for short stay between flights. Polite desk clerks & 1/2 hr. reg. shuttle service. A free Seattle shuttle to nearby Mall available.

As a solo senior lady with wheelchair assistance at the airport, I appreciate that you can meet the Q. Inn shuttle pretty close to the skybridge down elevators to pick-up level. However, when they drop you back there it's harder to reverse to the check-in zone. Level 2 room seems much better than "prison like" dark grey Level 1. Had both, coming/going. Continental breakfast room plus waffles & fruit, adequate for travelers, 6 a.m. - 9. Attendant a bit surly, banging things around at 9 as people are finishing. Basics are okay in room. Beds comfy, clean. Price high for level of service & ambiance, but very handy for overnight between flights. Desk clerks very pleasant.

Shuttle was nice. Gave us a king bed instead of 2 queens that we reserved and had to fit 3 people in it. Hot water only worked half the time. Would not come back

The wouldn't drain. When e turned the shower on it was scalding hot. No cold water. The cold water came out of the faucet but when we went to turn the shower on you couldn't adjust the temperature.

Overall I was looking for a different place to stay the whole time. The service from the front desk was the best part, but my room had a bunch of sugar ants all over. And I do mean, all over. The shower temperature was either boiling hot or devil dick hot. Bus driver made us miss our flight with a bus so full people had to stand. System won't let me post photos.

Gap in the wall at the base near the table between the two beds was large to the point you could see light from room next door at the base of the wall. You could hear conversations from the unit behind that wall that came from the gap. Took a hand towel and wedged it in the gap to dampened the noise from next door:. Two remote controls for the tv made getting the tv to work challenging. We didnt have room service every day, and came close to running out of toilet paper. Have seen worse service and other hotels. The trash cans are very small so we brought our own trash bags to place our trash. Elevator button doesn’t light up, so you would press the down button to get the elevator to show up. Sometimes the elevator would go down instead of up. Lucky thing only three floors. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. The sliding door in the lobby was removed and plastic walk-in refrigerator clear strips was added. If you walked outside to the seating area with breakfast in hand. The plastic clear strips would hit customers plates with their breakfast. Spills have occurred when plates or cups of coffee get hit by that plastic strips while walking outside.

It was a nice stay, the bed was comfortable. My only issue was the parade above my room early in the morning. The people above me were walking around, which I could easily hear because the ceiling would creak... im guessing there must not be much insulation

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful during our stay at the hotel. The only drawback was the breakfast; there wasn’t enough space to accommodate everyone.
