I had a perfect experience. The staff were very kind, the hotel was extremely clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. I did not expect a morning shuttle to the airport, but thanks to the hotel staff it was arranged free of charge.

The property is difficult to reach on foot via public transport from the city. The room on the ground floor did not have a balcony, despite one was advertised in the room type description. The wi-fi was very poor for the most part, barely loading simple webpages--this is not acceptable for a four-star hotel in the 21st century. Positives included the airport shuttle included in the room price, the minibar, kettle and free bottled water. The breakfast had a great selection of hot options and coffee, pastry selection and juices were, however, poorer.
