Great pools and location, but outdated

Nice ourdoors area with big and fun pools. Super close to the beach with the best sunset. The staff is very polite and helpful. But overall the rooms are outdated, with a very strong smell of cleaning supplies. The aircondition is old and pointing directly at the bed, so we ended up with a bad throat infection the first day here (but 3rd week in Thailand). Talked to other guest who had experienced the same.

This place is amazing. I checked out the vary spacious and beautiful pool area, then to realise that was just one of the two, the other overlooking the beach and sea. Both ares had a pool bar and plenty of seating and sun loungers. Very clean areas and well maintained. The room was stunning, with everything you could possibly need, including complimentary water and hygiene supplies. I will want to come back in the future for a longer visit. Unable to fault.

Very nice swimming pool and it right next to the beach. The room is very big. I came during the low season, in August. However, the beach are full with trash everywhere. Very disappointed that the hotel on this beach doesn’t care about it. They should clean the trash everyday. Monsoons that I stay at a nice hotel but the beach view covers by trash.

It’s not to fare to give a review at this time. Because Covid pandemic is about to overcome for many places in the world. Koh Lanta was big hit by pandemic and not yet to overcome. This hotel is so beautiful and nice design for all rooms. However, management need to forcus on customer's review. The fitness is very small and air-condition was not working and many os the machine are broken. Since they have many foreigher stay and want to use fitness, they need to fix it. many people were complained about it before.

Renovation needed 5 years ago

The hotel really need an renovation and somebody taken care of maintenance. Everything is falling apart, umbrellas by the pool, tiles by the pool (which they just put back without clue...), curtains in the room is from the early 90s and can only make the room 60% dark, Breakfast is below average for example no fresh juice and the overall smell around the breakfast area is very bad. It is even at the level, one baby feel thru the safety rack from the first level down in the pool, lucky she survived without any damage. Until renovation is happening, would not recommend to stay here, suggest to pick one of many other bungalow hotels around Koh Lanta with 3 stars and 100% better maintained.

Detta hotellet var verkligen bara helt okej enligt oss. Inget fel på personalen eller renligheten i rummen, men det kändes ganska slitet, dåligt underhållet, extremt dött och tråkig frukost om vi jämför med andra hotell vi varit på under vår resa i Thailand. Poolen var också ganska tråkig med mycket skräp som flyter runt på vissa ställen. De hade behövt rusta upp detta stället rejält. En annan heads up som kanske inte har så mycket med hotellet i sig att göra, men det fanns inte mycket att göra runt om (förutom stranden precis intill då.) Så vill man bo i ett område där det händer lite mer så är detta hotellet inte rätt ställe. Skulle inte rekommendera till en ung målgrupp, möjligtvis något för pensionärer som uppskattar en enkel standard.

Fitnesscentret var under al kritik. Vi måtte informere personalet om, at det ene løbebånd ikke virkede og de resterende træningsfaciliteter var gamle og ikke alle funktionsdygtige. På Hotels hjemmeside står der beskrevet at de har adgang til et andet fitness, med gratis adgang, dette er ikke tilfældet og derfor falsk varebetegnelse. Hertil oplevede vi at måtte rykke værelse, da vi en helt nat blev forstyrret af rotter i ventilationssystemet i vores værelsesloft.

Chambre à l étage très mal isolée phonétiquement de l appartement sur le même étage (simple porte) et de l extérieur donc autant dire que les nuits sont courtes si vous tombez sur un des très nombreux couples avec enfants à côté de vous. Piscine grande mais saturée par les enfants en bas âge alors qu il y a une piscine prévue pour eux … pas reposant du tout donc. En gros un hôtel sûrement très sympa pour les jeunes couples mais pas si vous êtes sans enfants. et

5 Sterne war das Hotel mal. Es ist sauber aber es braucht mal eine Renovierung. Wahrscheinlich hat sich das schon rum gesprochen weil das Hotel so gut wie leer war, und das in der High Saison. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die 2 riesigen Pools sind echt Klasse. Das Personal war sehr nett, aber das hab ich in Thailand auch noch nicht anders erlebt.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä. Kävelynatkan päässä monista paikoista. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja riittävä. Huone tilava ja siisti toki ajan hammas näkyy. WiFi:n toiminta hotellialuella/huoneessa oli heikko. Allasalue oli iso eikä ruuhkaa sattunut kohdallemme.
