The rooms and property very dated, clean but very old and much further from the center then described by Expedia considering we are fast walkers. This hotel is very pretty and the rooms are quite comfortable. It’s got an elegant with maybe a bit of an art vibe. The staff is fantastic. The location is good for transit, including very close to the train to get to the airport if you like, and not far from the historical sites. This is especially true if you like to walk. Eataly two blocks away. And lots of cute little neighborhood restaurants. The breakfast room is large, sunny, and beautiful. Good continental fair. Pro tip: ask them for a cappuccino rather than using the machine.

Very pleased we chose Abitart for our trip to Rome. After a lot of research, it was hard to find a decently priced hotel that didnt look outdated. Abitart was great - Easy to take a straight train from the airport. Carrefour supermarket a few doors down the road. The area isn't the nicest but it is well connected with Ostiense and Piramide nearby. Big room, clean, sky tv, staff friendly. Could have done with a full length mirror in the room and couldn't get into the safe (no key) and a bit more variety at breakfast but overall, I would definitely stay here again.
