The convenience of staying inside a train station is the best when once you’re in the hotel, you’ll have the peace and quiet that you would want anywhere. Price to quality ratio is one of the best that I’ve found in any major city in Spain.

Not a 4 star as advertised.

Took a long time to check in as very slow procedure. Room was 2 lifts and a walk away, so not good if you have mobility issues. Room had no tea/coffee or even bottled water in. Yet it does say a mini bar in room, ours had nothing in. Room very warm a/c not good. Nowhere near to get food/drink from. Don’t know how this is a 4 star hotel .

Nada recomendable, nos alojaron en una parte del hotel donde la recepcion no estava operativa. Quiere decir que habia una excursion de mas de 400 pasos mas 2 ascensores cada vez que querias salir del hotel. Las recepcionistas de la tarde nada serviciales. El baño no estaba 100% limpio. Una decepcion. No volveremos

we showed up and were told our room would not be ready until 230 at 430pm we were told our room was not ready but another room was amade available. the room 105 is extremely hot. we complajned and when the maintenance guy came up he told us it would xool off. 6 hours later at 11pm it is still extremely hot and the AC barely works.
