If a hotel advertises a pool and hot tub they should have them in working order. Understanding that issues occur at the very least let your guests know they are out of order before they check in and attempt to use them. I will say that the sweet lady that runs the breakfast in the morning is a gem. Do everything you can to keep her.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was awesome! It’s a great hotel. Only down side is how much of a deposit they took. It was 120 and for someone who needs to budget and know ahead of time what’s going on. We really took a hit. It would have been nice to know the amount ahead of time. Also we have stayed in lots of hotels and have never paid that much for a deposit.

The hotel is conveniently located in Pueblo. The hotel has some minor wear and tear. Unfortunately the pool and spa were closed which was one of the reasons I booked, so that was disappointing. The floor and walls are thin and we could hear kids running most of the night. I also found a half empty beer can that was under the bed, so not sure on the quality of cleaning being done. The breakfast was disappointing, would love to see some non-pork options but I know this is a pretty common theme across chain hotels.
