Stayed here with my Husband and 2 teenage children as a 1 night stop over to break up our holiday journey. We booked a multi bed room which was very big. We had plenty of room for all of us with options as to were the children slept. The room was clean and tidy. A choice of tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure and was easy to use. There was also air-conditioning in the room which helped a lot. We are looking at holidaying in France again next year and will definitely consider using this hotel to break up the journey in both directions as we were so impressed with it.

We stayed at this Campanile in the summer heat and it was a relief to find the rooms were air conditioned so sleeping was good. We have stayed quite a few times in Campaniles and one reason we stay is the fact that there is always really good food available for both breakfast and dinner. We arrived at the hotel on July 14th and so we weren't too surprised to find a reduced 'Bastille Day' menu for dinner. Breakfast the following day was great but then the major disappointment arrived for the evening meal. It was a pretty poor choice of food and none of the amazing starters and buffet selection were available. This was also the case on our third night when the very limited menu was the same as the previous night and the chef wasn't even willing to make us an omelette claiming he had no eggs. Amazingly there were eggs available for an early breakfast the following day. Due to the location of the hotel and it being holiday time we didn't really have any local option for dinner on that third night. We can understand why the hotel scales back its offering during the French holiday period but a warning from the hotel in advance would have saved a lot of disappointment.

Typical campanile and good

Good, working ac and quiet with good parking. Was renovated a decade or so ago so it’s got the green colour scheme. It is probably overdue for another renovation. So it’s not a fabulous Hôtel but it is good and I like these as they have working ac that more expensive hotels do not. So it is possible to sleep in a campanile!

Broke air conditioner on an extremely hot day, resulted in uncomfortable stay and sleeping conditions. When I brought this to the front desk, they acknowledged it and said it was broken, but did nothing about it. Won’t be staying here again.
