We noticed that some of the staff, (had attitude problems, were not co-operative, while others were very nice and helpful, one in particular, when asked about where the ice machine was located, said, the ice machine is broke down, (clerk behind counter) another staff member, said wait, then filled the room ice container, (odd behavior by one and helpful friendly behavior by another) One man was very friendly cleaning up the property, (it seemed like the clerk behind the counter was very Unfriendly) while other employees were very friendly and nice. Odd, situation, but one that management or owners should be able to address and fix.

Furniture broken and night stand drawers won't stay closed which creates safety hazard. Towels shows signs of wear and needs to be phased out. Lumpy and hard matress.

The first person was a lady at the front desk really friendly and helpful but after that the bottom fell out.first thing was the fold out couch had really bad brown stains all over it we used towels to pull them off. Second issue was the walls were damaged and was fixed but not touched up. Third thing was we went down for breakfast and both mornings they had the smallest trays for breakfast so they ran out and had a hard time keeping up with just 5 people in breakfast area and good luck looking for anything more than cereal. The second morning we waited for 30 minutes for the food to be refilled just to find out the guy was siting in the corner surfing on his phone not caring about filling food or get plates so people could eat, a lady had to go over and ask him about it and it seemed to shock him that things were empty though it was like that for 20-30 minutes. Honestly not sure we would stay there again.

The place is outdated for the price. I stayed in room 213, the floor is unlevel, which tells me the structure is compromised. I had to move rooms because that room air conditioner quit. Room 211 was much nicer. But still, not nice enough for the price. Won’t stay again.
