The hotel is well located yet they really need and upgrade the towels were very old, the shower curtains needed to be replace they smelled, the jr suit had no windows which they dont mention in the add, and i dont understand why the lights needed to be off it was pitch black which made it kind of scary

The front staff where very friendly and helpful. Make sure you ask for your car well before your ready to leave it takes about a half hour to get your car..I had room 308 on the penthouse floor it was goo, except for what appeared to be black mold on the cieling all along the one side. The shower floor was not to clean and the drain is plugged. The view on the ph floor is great facing the cathedral. All and all it is a decent stay. Beds and pillows are harder than I like. Location is a 10 however.

It was great basically. Clean and friendly. The bed was too small for the 2 of us and made sleeping difficult so best to get rwi beds. The one thing we missed was having the little tables on the roof where you could have a beverage plus the bar was closed. It would be nice if you ccould buy cold beer there at the hotel.

We love this historic hotel. But keeping the antiquity means it isn’t soundproof and can be noisy. I resented this time that they only give you 2 small bottles of water. Even though we stayed 5 nights - no more water was given.

Needs lots of attention

This is a historic hotel with lots of originality, but old doesn’t mean it should be unkept. There was mold in the bathrooms, a mildew smell in the room, front desk staff seemed like they didn’t care, and the beds may be the original from the 1600s! We asked if they could turn on the chandelier lights in the lobby but it remained dark all night. So disappointed.

They didn't respected my reservation. I paid for that in expedia I gave them the reservation number and they said that Expedia didn't pay to them or make the reservation. I was pretty upset. I was feeling humiliated. They offered another room for more money. I want a reimbursement from Expedia because this was terrible experience. I walked to another at night time until I went to other hotel Hotel Morales.
