The location was perfect for my visit. The Hotel was very clean, the staff was great. There is a Starbucks downstairs which was great however you can't pay with the app. Cash and card only. I'd stay here again.

Weird extra charges

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Today my partner and I arrived at different times, I arrived earlier and by the time she arrived she was not permitted to enter although my reservation was for two people. I had to pay for an extra person because I didn’t give them her info at check in, although I had never had this problem before and I was not told or asked if there was a second person in tue reservation , which I showed then I had. Anyways after arguing with the receptionist I just paid for an extra person. I was really mad, not about the money because it was like 10 dollars but the way they acted. First denying my partner access and then although I showed them my reservation for two they gave me no option but to pay for an extra person to get access. I don’t like feeling cheated and I did that day.
