Don't stay here!

I was very surprised at the condition of this facility. I always prefer to stay at a Marriott because of being a pleasant experience. This was not! The entrance way, pool area, elevator was dirty. The courtyard was run down. They allowed a large group of very loud people to take over the lobby area all afternoon and evening,preventing all other guests from using the area.

The hotel was great, staff, decor and rooms were wonderful. Our only complaint is no "free" breakfast. For the price we paid for the room we shouldve been offered at least a continental. We had to pay over $40 for two coffees and avocado toast. Just because it was a "nicer" hotel doesnt mean the guests should pay those prices for food.

Why don’t you all use mattress covers? The mattress was dirty and it was completely falling apart on the bottom- the bottom of the mattress was just denigrating foam. So gross!!

Great location but very dated hotel. Toilet seat was worn and the mattress was so old it was already falling apart. Pretty clean for the most part-the floor needed to be vacuumed better and good shower pressure. Front desk girl was on FaceTime while I was checking in. It’s in a nice spot with food and shopping everywhere.
