The staff who checked us in were very patient and we had some issues with our credit card but it was eventually resolved. But the hotel breakfast was very poor, no eggs, milk or any meat, only have bread and coffea.

My experience with this hotel was horrible. To start off the breakfast consists of to-go yogurts and packaged blueberry muffin and that’s it. The bathroom shower curtains were yellow and there was grime on the bathtub. The amenity soap was not even filled up. There was also domestic violence disputes happening at 3 in the morning and after contacting the front desk they went to go check and the guests were leaving. The walls are so thin and you can hear everything so it kept us up all night. Lastly the air conditioner is SO loud so we had to turn it off also in order to get some sleep. This was one of the lower priced hotels near the San Diego/Chula Vista area but I definitely suggest spending a couple extra bucks in order to get a better hotel. I would definitely not recommend nor go back.

This was one of the most dirtiest hotels ive ever stayed at. The bathroom was disgusting, urine stains on toilet, floor was dirty, stains on sheets and pillows. If i could give it a negative start I would. Not to mention the sketch people outside looking like they are selling drugs and hookers. Loud people late at night and you could hear everything through the walls. Horrible.

HORRIBLE. Alot of bugs inside the room. Mold on sink. Smells like TJ with their fabuloso. Ghetto, cops showed up around 10pm for some incident. Gangsters and prostitution. Did not feel safe, couldn’t even go to the pool. You can hear the upstairs people running, walking, jumping. Breakfast is poor. Coffee was out both regular and decaf out not refilled. Will NOT be staying here ever again and I do NOT recommend it. Not family friendly.

The room was wonderful. The only issue is there was no table in the room because it had broken and not been replaced. Also there was only 1 ac which was fine because it was cool out bit would've been rough had it been summer. Also the spa was broken which was a bunmer. I have to say inwas very disappointed with their continental breakfast. They offered packaged muffins and yougurt cups and that was it. No juice no milk or cereal ect. We ended up walking to the convenience store to get something for my kids to eat.

Staff members were nice. The people on the top floor kept on running nonstop making it hard to rest at night time. So noise level was high. Just like the month before when we stayed 2 nights because I had a biopsy done and needed to rest. And they didn’t even give me the handicap room I booked. At least this time I got a handicap room.

We stayed for 3 nights. When arrived floors were sticky from dirt. Next day room was not cleaned at all. I came to the desk office and asked to clean the next day and bring clean towels. They came and made room up a bit. Looks like they made an attempt to wash floors, yet still, not sure what they did - sticky dirty stained floors. Oh and dirty bathtub. Yes, it is not expensive place, but as easy as clean floors ... Plus thin walls and you can hear every neighbor. Overall - very dirty place. Nice people.
