The Hotel Staff have made this stay amazing. The hospitality and cleanliness is remarkable. It has rained heavily here the last two days and we experienced a leak in our room when we called to notify the staff a maintenance person was immediately dispatched to assess the issue. As a result of the assessment we were immediately assigned another, much nicer, room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
