From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Alice, the Duty Manager. She was lovely and as we'd arrived early, let the kids and I go swimming whilst we waited for our room to be ready. Simple touch but so effective as it got our stay and holiday to a great start. Pool staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was warm and in the four times we swam, it wasnt busy. Cleaning staff were friendly as were the bar and waiting staff. A real gem of a hotel and staff they have here. Will definitely be coming back to stay in the summer and further down the line.
