Unfortunately parking was terrible due to the parking garage being closed, we had to walk across the street behind businesses to park which was a HUGE inconvenience, especially at night because there was no lights. The pool was also closed so there were no amenities to enjoy.

We never ended up staying at the property we showed up there the facility had no amenities (pool,restaurant,out side area) so disappointed. Refund has been requested. When I arrived parked my vehicle to be checked in. The white blonde headed lady was very rude (rushing people to unload their cars, using the cart and to get on and off) the elevator. I have never experienced anything like this before. Shown on the pictures of the resort the balcony was very tiny, I requested a 1 queen size bed ended up with a double bed. Very very unhappy guest.

Unfortunately all of the amenities are closed as of 8/25/2024. We booked specifically for the kiddie pool area and it was not disclosed that the pool deck was still in ruins from hurricane damage. The room was beautiful and very clean, super easy access to the beach so we made the most of our stay!

This was a terrible choice to stay at. There were no bath towels and the bed linen was questionable. Not even any coffee. Our host, Vacasa, was useless. Started communicating with them on arrival and we never got anything but promises of they would get the their local staff to help. They would even confirm they had tried. We dried off with hand towels the first night and bought beach towels The next night. So much for Customer Service. Would not recommend

Well lets start with there are no amenities! Nothing in the hotel is open! No pools, no dining/bar area, no weight room, no laundry, no Nothing! None of that was disclosed prior to booking the room. Found out when i got my check in email from the company managing the hotel. By then it was too late to cancel and get my money back. In addition to that there is no staff in the building! Saw 1 security guard in the evening occasionally. Didn't see not 1 person from housekeeping. Trash overflowing in designated areas where you are to take your own trash out to! Oh and you have to park behind a shopping plaza that is easily a 5 minute or more walk. Overall pathetic excuse for a hotel! Will definitely never stay there again or anywhere that company manages!

False advertising

The room I picked was NOT the room I got. I paid for the most expensive out of the choices I had to pick from and I got worse then any of the rooms I picked out. The room I booked had a private balcony, the room I got was a public balcony shared by 10 or more guests. The bed was hard as a rock and killed my back and arms when I woke up. I was NEVER informed of my room number and had to call around for about 45 minutes just to figure out what room number I was. Then they want to charge $200 if I loose the crappy parking pass that wasn't even laminated and too easy to mess up? That's ridiculous, my friends also stayed here and the fee for loosing their pass was $50 and it was laminated. The whole set up was ridiculous, the room smelt like mold and was a HUGE disappointment. I will NEVER stay here again nor use this website to book again. Horrible experience.
