Very nice facilities overall, good location, great view, quiet during the day, good sweat lodge experience and common areas are very well kept, and some staff is very nice. The main drawbacks is the wifi not functioning, a lot of noise during the night, very warm rooms (no A/C) and the rooms being very old and in a need for an upgrade.

This is the best-positioned hotel in town, with great views and beautiful gardens. I prefer it to other hotels because I like the old world feel and old world hospitality. Hotels like Amomoxtl have fancier pool areas, but I think the Posada property is much prettier with better views and is more intimate. The owner of Posada has lived at the hotel for decades, and staying here feels like you're lucky to stay at someone's beautiful home.
