The room and bathroom were clean and the receptionist was very nice. For my husbands sake, she put us in an accessible room, which had an excellent shower.
The problem was, that employees should be aware of where they place families with very active young children, who wiggle the handle and knock on the adjoining door, and in general are noisy!
Probably the biggest problem was the internet! Please get it fixed. We both tried to connect, and when we went to guest, it then directed us to sign in, but every time we got an error message! Went to the front desk this morning and the receptionist told us to go to google and type in marriottwifi.com, but DUH…we can’t get on the internet!! My husband had important emails to send!
Other than that, it was a good stay..
