It was easy to check in automatically by machine. I took a smoking room. I could slightly open a window, so smoking smell could be easy to remove.

Everything was good until we checked out. So we thought all hotels are the same everywhere in Japan. We thought that we can leave our luggages prior to if we’re early for check in and leave them as well at the lobby after check out for a few hours. We were so stressed out because we had a couple of luggages after check out and the pick up for us was as 1 to 1:30 PM. I understand that they have other customers too but we stayed there for 3 weeks and felt so bad that we even have to leave those luggages just to go grab a bite before our ride for the airport comes in. We are thankful for the ride that accommodated our early pick up. Kudos to the driver! I was holding it back too much that day. I wish they could just make us feel comfortable for the few hours we asked, we left even before 12:20 PM. We were still being polite but the receptionist made us feel uncomfortable and bad about that. She knows who she is. Overall everything was ok except for that attitude. Sorry but probably would choose a different hotel next time. Thank you

必要十分。ただ、泊まったのが大阪関西万博の第1週だったので、このホテルの通常料金の2倍以上していたと思うので、今回の評価はあくまで通常料金を想定しての事。 必要十分。一つだけマイナーな点は湯沸かしポットが壊れていて、湯は沸かせるがスイッチが自動的に止まらなくて取っ手がめっちゃ熱くなった事。大した事ではない。 それより、京急蒲田駅から非常に近く、すぐ近くの商店街も食べ物、飲み屋さんがたくさんあるのが魅力。 通常料金ならリピート有りです。
