Everyone was very friendly, Paulo and Yessenia were the BEST bartenders. The only things I disliked was how when we checked in the person didn’t even ask as if we been there before or told us anything about the resort. We had to find our way around and ask about restaurants and food.

The property is pretty. However the services were sub-par. The hotel jacuzzi didnt work. Only 2 of the restaurants and buffet were open during my 4 night stay. The room service did not answer the phone when we called at least 5 different time. The "security manager" was disgustingly rude to me. The best part of the hotel was the bartenders, they were nice.

I was not impressed with this hotel . The food was very standard sis not stand out like an all inclusive establishment should be . The open bars didn’t open until 11:30 and closed around same time at night for someone wanting an open bar not so open also wait times were long to get a drink most of my stay . The rooms were ok . Check out was a nightmare an hour long wait in line almost missed my flight. I would not ever stay in this facility ever again and no night life here . This hotel is more for people just wanting to relax and enjoy the waves

Miramos comentarios muy negativos y dudamos, pero sin duda todo al nivel del hotel, se entiende que lleva 15 años el hotel pero las habitaciones muy bien conservadas, las camas cómodas, instalaciones siempre limpias y creo ayuda mucho el turismo de temporal que estemos y en qué fechas, la comida muy buena con variedad, se entiende como nosotros que estuvimos 4 días había cosas que ya habíamos probado, pero con los restaurantes para la cena de especialidad salías de la rutina y ahí todo excelente desde la comida y el servicio.
