If I can save people from staying here at The Holiday Inn Express IHG near the airport from getting Bed Bugs I am going to do just that. That was my experience staying at this hotel and I tried to express the severity of my bites after I notice them the next morning and the hotel manager refused to speak to me after several attempts in trying to contact him to discuss the situation. We only communicated through email and after expressing to him of the bed bug I found after I was bit severely, he tried saying that myself and my two boys had trashed the rooms and when I say rooms, yes we stayed and got moved to another room, which I was on edge all night, but for not being familiar with the area, and having to get up for a tournament I had felt I had no choice but to move to another room, after leaving and emailing the manager about my stay, the manager then emailed me saying that they were considering tacking on a cleaning fee because they said both rooms we were in the one we were in the first night where I found the bug and the room we got moved to. The manager just didn’t want to compensate me whatsoever and so he tried to say that we had trashed both rooms. It was a ordeal trying to get some compensation for my troubles. Never have I had to experience anything like this. So, again if I can save anyone especially families from staying here.
