Everyone was polite the rooms were clean if I had to say anything bad about the stay it would be about the breakfast while it was fully stocked it wasn't very good the microwave wouldn't work so I couldn't melt the cheese and the oatmeal was very runny, but there is an Ihop pretty much in the parking lot and even a Burger King across the street if you don't want to eat the breakfast provided over all its a good hotel I would definitely stay here again.

Some comments for improvement: Room 422 1.There was a big gap on the lower left side of the hallway door frame. 2.The free breakfast was beyond bad. Staff were in the back talking while the stations were empty. We went to breakfast at 8:30 AM. The bread, bagels and muffins were empty. The 'omelets' were like rubber. You can do better.

Watch out for the surprise charges!!

The hotel was great, the surprise charges were not!!! We alway check for pet friendly and the web site said yes. We checked in no problem, we went to check out and the very unfriendly girl at the front desk said we are changing you a$50 pet fee!! I said when we checked in there was nothing said about this or on the web site. She was very snotty and rude. If there is a charge put it on the web site, and on this site. If you have pets I do not recommend this hotel. And I will never stay there again.
