I wish I could remember her name but the lady that checked us in was GREAT! This is picky but the baseboards in the bathroom were dusty. All else was GREAT!!!!!!!

We come regularly to see our daughter. We always stay here and the desk staff remembers us. We often get a larger room and are always grateful for the kindness. The cookies are a treat and the water carafe is so refreshing. Breakfast is always fresh and well tended. Thanks for being here for us. We rely on your presence in the town.

The stay was great. The staff couldn't have been better. I arrived in the wee hours of the morning & they were friendly & helpful. Stayed for one night and Amanda at the front desk was very nice. Our room on the 3rd floor was clean amd comfortable. There were crickets on the first floor but didn’t bother me. Our breakfast was good.

Staff at counter and monitoring kitchen, remembered me from last stay 6 months ago. They were efficient, accommodating, professional and respectful. We had to wait for nearly 1and 1/2 hours to get in our room after 3 pm check in time. It was a citywide high school reunion that weekend, so they should have arranged for extra help to accommodate such a large crowd.Also the TV remote did not work. However, the AC worked fine, beds were comfortable, and the included breakfast was good. We will try to stay somewhere else the next time.

A bit of confusion, but worth a trip

There was a bit of confusion since this hotel used to be a Holiday Inn express and was listed as such in some online listings. However, this most recently renovated property was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful room was clean and comfortable. I switched to this property after having a bad experience last year during our regular Cross Country trips at the La Quinta. I will stay here again.
