WOULDN'T STAY HERE AGAIN
The only good thing about my stay was Donna, the front desk clerk. She had to deal with a situation with Hotels.com and she was great! But things went downhill from there. The first room I was put in had locks that wouldn't work, so I had to be moved. The next room had damp towels, a tv that wouldn't turn on, the metal frame under the mattress made a horrible BANG noise every time I'd move in the bed, and there was no internet the entire time I was there (I had to go to the lobby every time I needed internet.) When I complained to the night clerk he talked to me like I was stupid. He blamed the noisy bed on me (said I was kicking the frame!) and claimed I hadn't turned the tv on; both ridiculous accusations! I turned it off and on 3 times in an hour and all I got was a message that didn't make sense. The next morning, I pointed out to him that the waffle batter machine was dispensing the wrong batter and he once again talked to me like I was stupid and said I was using the machine wrong! He didn't bother to apologize when he figured out what the problem was (the internal containers were mixed up.) He either has a problem with women in general and thinks it's ok to talk down to them, or he's just plain rude to all customers. I can't print his name on this site, but I'd be happy to give management his name.
