Josie was very friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and couldnt do enough. We were offered a much needed hot drink on arrival which was brought to our room. Our room was very clean, more than enough tea, coffee etc, it even had dressing gowns. Little touches of Usb points on plugs and even a little chocolate each. We felt veey welcomed.

Having stayed in over 15 B and B/ small hotels over the last six months on the north west coast, I can honestly say, this is by far the best in its class, it's very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished, the attention to deal dot not go unnoticed, from the welcome tray in the bedroom, the quality bathroom, comfy bed and an excellent cooked breakfast it's clear the team running this establishment are experienced professionals and it will definitely be my go to place when next in Southport.

Amazing place best B&B stayed in

We were warmly welcomed on arrival. I was told my gluten free breakfast was waiting for me next day and even got some gf biscuits in the room. We’ve never seen anywhere so spotless.
