Walm welcome from the owners. My small single room was at the very top and my case was carried up for me and down at the end of the stay. A kitchen was available to make drinks and warm up food. That was good. The room was very small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was well positioned with easy access to York centre. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff were always extremely friendly and courteous. Although the building is a bit run down it served its purpose which was a place to stay while we explored York.
