The place is nice, the breakfast buffet was good enough with a good selection of food (although it's a bit expensive). It has 2 pools, one heated and one not, but the pool areas are very nice and well taken care of. The room (405) was very spacious, although I'm not totally convinced the bed was King size, but it was comfortable (I'd change the layout of the room, because the TV was to the left of the bed and not in front of it). Overall it was a nice stay.

Hice una reservacion en este hotel y llegue al hotel y a mi salida me entregaron mi auto con un golpe del lado derecho en el frente de mi auto , el personal del.valet me dijo que ya habian visto las camaras y que no habia sido su responsabilidad pero que en unos.minutos estaba el gerente en turno conmigo para ver la.situacion, cuando llega el gte me.dice que no hay nadie q pueda mostrar las grabaciones entonces le comento al gte que no esta bien que su personal mienta pq el.valet me dijo miy grosero q ya las habian visto, ciertamente mi auto lo estacionaron junto a una oared de pidra como volcanica y ahi le.pegaron, el gte muyy amable me dijo que el lunes 11 de agosto revisaria mi caso y hoy lunes me indica que no tienen un angulo de sus camaras ahi pero que haran una evaluacion del caso , por favor si van a ese hotel pidan que no estacionen su auto en esa pared esta entrando al hotel pq corren un alto riesgo de golpes pq la pared esta hecha solo de pidra

Llegando al cuarto encontré pelos en la regadera, me dio mucho asco bañarme, los espejos sucios. Los desayunos carísimos para lo que dan. No había chilaquiles, pan francés, nada ! Por unos huevos a la mexicana y un pan de dulce pagué 400 pesos y los meseros tardadisimos, Baje una noche para pedir algo de tomar y tardaron como 20 minutos en tomarnos la cuenta. Muy muy caro para lo que ya es. Un lugar viejo, no cuidado, sucio y con mal servicio.

Los desayunos súper limitados y caros, 400 pesos por persona que la verdad no lo valen. La habitación estaba sucia, pedí que me cambiaran y a la que me cambiaron había pelos por todos lados en la regadera, un asco. Se me hizo carísimo para lo sucio y en las malas condiciones que está, los meseros lentísimos, pedí en el bar un agua mineral y después de 10 minutos me cansé de esperar que alguien llegara a atenderme y mejor me fui. Muy muy malo
