This place doesn’t look great from the outside, but the rooms are refurbished and are really nice! It seems like a bit of a work in progress, but the bed was great, the bathroom is new and clean. Very happy with my stay!

This is a very nice hotel I stayed there for the night and I was super satisfied with my stay the room was clean and comfortable and looks like they just upgraded everything the A/C worked wonderful there is a microwave and a big mini fridge in the room the shower was great got hot right away and pressure was good they had a nice big mirror in the bathroom with LED lights and they have upgraded outlets around the room and great lighting overall very satisfied staying here

Overall the stay was fine. Parking was easy but the area overall made me double-check to make sure my car was okay. The sheets had stains so I didn’t sleep under the covers but the AC worked well and the TV had a lot of channels. The room was big which was nice and it had a table to write or eat at. But there was a strong smell to the place which was slightly unpleasant.

Pros: location is decent for getting around downtown, near some restaurants and venues, responsive staff, looks like they’re renovating, good shower pressure/temp Cons: stained and threadbare towels, cleanliness was attempted but there’s splatters and stains on walls etc, cable box would go out repeatedly, sketchy back parking lot I think the rooms are more expensive than they should be, as this place provides bare bone amenities. It’s a step or two below a Motel 6.

The hotel is currently under construction in certain areas. The room I stayed in was updated and was great. It was missing some bulbs (near the bed) and a hairdryer but otherwise was great. I didn't ask for bulbs because I came in at 3 AM so it wasn't a big deal. The night person was great, I appreciated his quick check-in

We've stayed here a couple of times and really like it. The balconies are amazing as we can have food/drinks and the balcony, people watch, and listen to some music that's coming from the van bueren space. Love it

As a budget traveler, I've stayed in a few rat holes. This motel made the list due to its filthy exterior, the interior stairwell and crumbling of the parking lot. The room itself is outdated, but generally clean (although the bedspread had a cigarette hole). The personnel at this property lack any personality whatsoever, but at least were polite at check in. The neighborhood is downright dangerous. I should've done more research. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
