The rooms are dated but for the price over Christmas was great. The room is clean and the bed sheets lovely and crisp. Loved the park area and seat on the hill next to the hotel for a quite time overlooking the bay.

It is a basic motel, but has everything you need for a short stay: a nice hostess at the reception, clean room with microwave, tea/coffee facilities, cutlery and fridge. It was nice to have keyless entry to the room, so not to carry keys around. It is a quite location, but motel is on the hill. It is about 5-7 minutes walk downhill to the marina and beach.

Staff was available and we could park our car after check out for 1,5h more. That was great. However we found a big cockroach in the room and later on many smaller ones. although we have reported it we did not get another room or any compensation.after our stay we had to check our bags to make sure we did not take any cockroach with us. Was fine for what it was, the location was AMAZING! The bathroom could use some serious upgrading...there was rust and stuff around but all in all it was fine for a short stay. Bed was comfortable. One downside was that they were short by 2 car park spaces so if you get back late, you might not have a place to park. There is a gravel parking area behind the motel you can use, but that was pretty full too, only fit because I had a small car.
