We stayed here while traveling from Jalisco the place was nice and clean the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel I’ve stayed at another hotel much more expensive in the city and was welcomed to a dirty room, so this hotel was a nice surprise.

sheets in the room had dried up blood stains and it was obvious sheets were not washed before we checked in very unhealthy and gross, front desk was made aware of our complaint about the blood stain. impossible to reach front desk from our room, phone rang the whole time somebody was at the front desk just decide to ignore the phone im guessing. Will think twice before staying there again.

Wow. This hotel is really a beauty! From a clean parking to a clean property! Hard to believe its 15 years old! Breakfast was phenomenal! A lot to choose from compared to other Best Westerns ive been to in the world! I met 3 front desk receptionist and they were all very nice and helpful. And the house keepers are doing a fantastic job!! The A/C in the room was cold and the Beds were comfortable. Just need to clean the shower heads but the bath was nice size. Thank you so much to the breakfast ladies!

Overall ok hotel, had an early flight and needed a cab, asked rhr front desk to call one and they asked for a $215 pesos chsrge just to call the cab to the airport. We declided as there is Uber which rhey didnt tell us. Eitehr way overall good hotel but calling a cab charge wasn't the best.
