Staff were efficient and responsive to requests, and the bar server was especially friendly and welcoming. One thing to note is that parking is not included and must be paid separately, so plan accordingly. Breakfast was decent, with plenty of seating downstairs and a coffee and tea station available during breakfast hours (though it is removed afterward). There is a coffee maker in the room, which helps. The main drawback was the pancake machine—it takes about 4 minutes to make just two pancakes, which is not very efficient during busy times. Adding waffle makers or a staffed cooking option would improve the experience. The rooftop pool and fitness center were highlights—both were very clean and pleasant to use. Overall, a solid stay with great cleanliness and service, with a few areas that could be improved.
