I loved staying here the room was a good size and clean. The location was walking distance to restaurants and very close to all the sites. The pool was clean the breakfast was good. It had free parking. Ac worked well. I have no complaints and had a good stay here

Perfect hotel

it's was the best hotel i ever seen , the staff is very friendly the service is perfect , the hotel is very nice and clean and close to every thing in the city , you can see the air balloons from the hotel terras , no need to go to the mountain , the breakfast very delicious and you can add extras for free, they gave us gifts after the check out , i gave them 10/10

All in all a good stay. Pros: location, breakfast, AC. Cons: housekeeping could do a better job and the upkeep could be better. The lawn was unkempt and there were ants everywhere, even in the bathrooms. Housekeeping does not inspect if everything is working so once you find problems, you have to wait for them to fix it. For Turkey standards not a bad hotel and a good location and price tag.

Really like this hotel.. the room is very spacious as well as the bathroom. Plenty of heat for the cold night in Goreme. Plenty of hot water for shower and the water pressure is just perfect. There is a terrace to watch all the hot air balloons at sunrise. Plenty of parking even though the hotel shares it with the travel agency next door....make sure to park at the back though because the front parking area belongs to the travel agency. The staff is also very helpful.

Konum olarak çok iyi. Otopark otelin hemen yanında ve otoparkta peri bacaları mevcut oradan geniş bir araziye çıkabiliyorsunuz. Temizlik açısından da sıkıntı yok ancak biraz yıpranmış odalar ve eşyalar. Yine de yatak çok rahattı. Kahvaltı seçenekleri oldukça fazla ama yemek alanında çok fazla sinek var ve kahvaltılıkların üstü hep açık. Ürünlerin üstü bir streçle kapatılsa daha iyi olur sanki. Yani genel olarak biz memnun ayrıldık, herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Personel de gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.

Hotel nuevo pero con problemas

Hotel nuevo. Las instalaciones son buenas, pero tiene algunos problemas de diseño. Hay habitaciones debajo de la terraza mirador que, por este motivo, tienen mucho ruido provinente de las sillas y mesas que los clientes mueven por la noche o de madrugada. El desayuno no es muy allá y el nivel de inglés del servicio es bastante limitado.

Servis, temizlik, otel, kahvaltı ve personeller son derece harikaydı. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Konum ise mükemmel her yere çok yakın. Ama personellerin yardımları ve otel ap ayrı bir mükemmeldi. Ücretini sonuna kadar hak etti.

Doğa dostu Bungalovları beğendim. Standart oda Yatak kısmından tv. Görünmemesi ve yatak kısmında bir pencere olmaması sıkıcıydı . Bavul koyacak yer bulamadık. Oturma kısmındaki koltukların deri olmasını tercih ederdim yerdeki kilim ayaklarımıza takıldı olmasa daha iyi olurdu. Dışardaki sehpanın ayağı kırıktı. Kahvaltıda çay matik olmalı servisle çay yapılması komikti. Açık büfede olmaması gerekenlerdendi.Balonların en güzel seyredilebileceği yerdi. Terastaki şark kilimleri kötüydü ve hijyen değildi ve atmosfere uymuyordu.

The place is conviniently located in the core of Goreme and was definitely one of the better ones there. They also serve a nice breakfast and have good facilities overall. Staff was generally friendly and quick. They can help you book activities but usually provide no edge there (in market pricing) and they only take cash which was a bit annoying/inconvenient. They also have a cafe with some nice view which their customers can access (albeit after purchasing something at the cafe first). It is built right on top of a section of the rooms they have and it does get pretty bad in terms of noise (they setup early and packup late so you can hear chairs, tables, etc being dragged around which can be annoying). I also took the airport transfer from them which saved me ~15 Euros (typical ride to and from airport can be around ~50Euro and the hotel charges 17 Euro/person). But it also takes twice as long because of mutilple pickups in between. Probably not worth it if your party contains 2 folks.

Çok keyifli bir tatildi

Otel Göreme'de çok merkezi bir konumda, Göreme Açık Hava Müzesi'ne çok yakın... Her şey ayağınızın altında... Hamam ve saunalı odada 2 kişi 3 gece kaldık. Hamam çok keyifliydi, yeterli büyüklükteydi ve ihtiyaç duyulacak ürünleri koymuşlardı. Saunayı kullanmak istediğimiz zaman hemen gelip gerekli yönlendirmeyi yaptılar ve keyifle kullandık. Keşke mentol de bırakmış olsalardı. Oda çok temizdi. Verilen serpme kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi ama gün gün farklı ürünlerin de kahvaltıda ikram edilmesi güzel olabilirdi, bu şekilde biraz sıkıcıydı açıkçası. Keyifle vakit geçirdik. Personeller güler yüzlüydü. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

I requested 1st floor, they said everything was first floor, but when I did the check-in, my room was in the bottom level with about 10 steps, had problems with the TV for two days they finally had to come and exchange and put a different one

We had bookings for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were told that they cannot find our reservation for the first night ( which was done separately) and put us up in a room that we didn’t book. They said it was an upgrade free of cost which we didn’t ask . We wanted to be put in the room that we booked. They said it’s not available until the next day. Next day when we return to the hotel after a daylong trip we saw that the room that was allotted to us doesn’t look anything like the picture of the room I booked. The design was completely different. When we brought this to the management’s attention , instead of apologizing he started arguing and tried to defend himself. The situation became so unpleasant we decided to leave the hotel . Yes the hotel agreed to refund our money . Apparently there were other unhappy customers who had complaints but that doesn’t justify the manager’s rudeness as it’s technically entirely their fault. The only unfortunate , unpleasant experience we encountered during our two weeks Turkish sojourn. Everywhere else it was truly memorable!

사랑스런 호텔

일단 숙소 주변에 도보로 가능한 맛집,버스터미날,투어미팅포인트,선셋포인트까지 모든것이 몰려있는 요충지이며 조식당은 넘나 사랑스럽고 식사도 훌륭했습니다. 그리고 이쪽에 수영장 있는곳이 귀한데 수영장도 넓고 깨끗한 편이었으며 무엇보다 라 모드 직원들은 도시호텔과는 다른 머랄까 자연스러운 친절함이 돋보인달까.. 결과적으로 참 잘한 선택이었다 하지만 이런 수많은 장점에도 내가 겪은일이 없는 일은 아니니 한 번 공유해보자면 첫날 샤워기가 말썽이라 샤워기헤드 교체를 요구했는데 교체가 불가하니 방을 바꿔준대서 번거롭지만 짐을 싸서 바뀐 방으로 가보니 1 우리는 3명이라 좀 큰 방인 트리플룸을 예약했었는데 가보니 좀 작은 방인 2인실이었고 2 심지어 샤워기헤드도 같은상태라 이런 상황이면 다시 (10분정도)원래 우리방으로 간다고 했더니 그건 불가 3 2인실 더블룸이다보니 객실물품이 다 2명분이라 직원 이 침대를 만들어주는데..ㅎㅎ 엑스트라 베드가 아닌 싱글메트리스를 2개 포개서 만들어줌 깨알같이 챙겨준 이불은 큰 타월같은 이불 투어 다녀와서 피곤한 몸이라 저 상황이 상당히 짜증났는데 직원분들이 응대를 너무 친절하고 열정적으로 해주셔서 화를 낼 수가 없었음 이 모든 일 들이 일어났어도 장점이 너무 많아서 다시 간대도 라 모드로 나는 가겠다아~~~
