The thing to keep in mind is that it is a very old building and you can't expect perfection. That being said, the hotel is very nice and the room was clean. Staff was inviting and helpful. We had a little trouble with the a/c at first but then it cooled off and was fine. The only negative was I think the tv remote needed batteries but that wasn't a huge deal.
