The room was very clean. The front desk staff are awesome. Special thank you to Wannessa who went above and beyond when my husband left his back pack in a taxi. Wannessa contacted all the taxi companies and we were very grateful that the bag was returned!!! The hotel was well situated. Short walk to the metro and a 40 minute walk to the ocean. We will return someday!!!

I’ve stayed here on several occasions, but do feel that it no longer merits a 4* rating. Staff is friendly and very helpful, room was clean, spacious. Amenities could use improvement. Soap dispensers didn’t pump, please provide a bar of soap! Quiet area, walkable to 3 metro stations and about 5 - 6 metro stops from central Lisbon and 9 metro stops from airport, both which goes very quickly and conveniently. My tv had a bad picture problem which I reported and reading lights next to bed burnt out. These things should be checked! Didn’t take the breakfast option so I can’t report on that. Pretty close to a grocery store (Pingo Doce) and coffee shops if you want to get breakfast items. Has an in room safe which I really appreciate. I’m used to this place so I would stay here again, it’s still a good option and priced right.

This property is in a great location for all kinds of exploration. A short walk to hop on to the Metro taking you on a short direct ride going towards the water as well as the airport. Very pleasant stay

Very helpful and friendly staff at reception desk. Hotel is located within easy walking distance of three different metro stations. Very quiet room and comfortable beds, and very clean. They even noticed that it was my birthday from my passport information and I had a nice surprise waiting in my room that evening of a small bottle of Cava and birthday cake. Sweet! I would definitely stay here again.
