Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel in the center of Copenhagen. The friendly staff let me check in earlier, and the reasonably priced breakfast was excellent. The room was simple but quite spacious, clean, and functional. It’s very close to major attractions. I would stay here again.

Castle stay.

Everything was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful . Room was noisy because it backed up to the elevator they did shut the lift down between Midnight and 7am. Location was good close to everything.

Arrived early and were given a room a noon verses 3 o’clock normal checkin. That’s not a given but they already had a room ready. Breakfast was very good, more than you could eat. Hotel recommended by friends back in Colorado that had stayed there twice before. Told us I was a tourist type hotel but comfortable and in a good area.

Great boutique hotel and free fruit! Also the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit cosy but for a three day trip was good enough.

The single room was perfect for a solo traveler with low budget. And it was amazing to have an own bathroom. Walls were a bit thin but I wore ear plugs when sleeping so that wasn’t an issue.

Room very basic, no TV, no kettle, no fridge. Lift doesn’t work 24/7 so if you have suitcases it’s not easy to carry them on the stairs. The positive is that staff was friendly. We wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Great location

Nicely designed boutique hotel in a great location for Nyhavn and canals. Common space was comfortable and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The only glitch was the dark wallpaper in the room would show stains in certain light. Also, there was a pair of underwear behind a chair in our room.

The particular room I choose was inexpensive for a hotel in Stockholm. It was quite small, no bigger than a small bedroom. The mattress was thin but comfortable. It was clean enough, except it was difficult to avoid the shower curtain the tiny shower in the teensy bathroom. No TV, no fridge, no in room amenities such as coffee. Just a basic room, no frills.
