Our stay was excellent. Easy check in, we arrived very early morning, were able to store our luggage until our room was ready and were allowed an early check in too which was greatly appreciated. Epic mix of of rooms, assigned a room with door code to find someone else already in there. Go back to emails where we found yet another room assigned, code doesn't work to that one. Meanwhile there's no elevator and we have large suitcases to drag up to the 4th floor. Finally reach property to clarify booking and room to be given yet a 3rd room also on the 4th floor. We get into the room, dated but doable for our needs. We notice there's extra doors so we peek in only to find 2 of the rooms under construction and overwhelming smell of mold. Allergies were a 10/10 but no other rooms available and this was the tail end of our trip.

A very enjoyable stay. The apartment was ideal in terms of location and space. A short walk away from the heart of the city and coach drop offs to the airport and tours. Communication on how to access the apartment and other instructions was very clear

All good, but a few basic things were missing: - paper towels - kitchen towels - soap in one of the bathrooms (like, why?..) - salt for cooking would be good. Also, we had to run up and down stairs with luggage, walk long corridors only to discover that there were three entrance doors to the property. More clear instructions would have been appreciated.
