Hotel was “closed” at 8pm with a call button if you come later. Very dirty, smoky rooms and looks like people staying long term as there were bbq grills on the balcony. We tried to get a refund and they would not allow it even though we had reserved online a couple hours prior to trying to check in.

This Hotel is geared towards long-term stay guests. While some of their clientele are just regular working folks, the back building is predominantly filled with questionable activities. The pool is not maintained and is a green swamp breeding mosquitos. The trash cans outside the rooms are overflowing almost always. It was very hard to check in as the office closed at 6.

What stood out most to me was the management eagerness to please the guest. The room was not 100, but it was spacious and clean enough for comfort. All that I needed was there so I could sleep peacefully and comfortably. I think it was good value for the price so I worked with it. Would definitely stay there again!!!

My room smelled terribly of marijuana. There was NO staff on site. The room was unclean. It appears that people are living at this hotel. I saw a cat in one window. There was trash EVERYWHERE. I'm a 55 year old man and felt completely unsafe which is why I left and went to another hotel the next day. I really wish I could receive a refund and am shocked that Expedia allows booking with such a place. I've booked through Expedia for a long time and have never experienced anything like this.

Horrible Customer Service! No one was at the front desk at 10pm. When I finally did reach someone on the number that was posted on the door, home girl told me I may as well call customer service and get my money back. No apology, no help, no nothing. Just a rude sleepy person getting a free check. Wouldn’t book here if hell was closed and this was my last resort on earth. Hope this helps

Unless you're really trying to save money

I don't expect a lot but seriously how difficult is it to have items in the room work properly. Staff was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. Also, I'm tired of staying in places where there are "residents!" That will be a question I ask going forward. The pool photo, doesn't look anything like that. Ants, no cups, sink faucet very bad flow. Just overall not a do again.
